  • Cuckoo Clock Secrets is an awesome chapter book about a homeschooling family solving the mystery of the cuckoo clock from their Grandpa’s attic. They travel all over Switzerland & learn a fair bit of history. Of course, you need spy gear & codes! My kids were tickled pink to get their own spy ID cards!

There are literally hundreds of printables & activities available for you to choose from, as well as links to videos that may be helpful in your learning journey. These aren’t your average, dull worksheets, but are fun and engaging enough to leave your child begging you to do more when the day is done.

I enjoyed Cuckoo Clock Secrets tremendously! The characters are intricately designed, and each have their own wonderful personality. The story is very original, and the setting in Switzerland is unique and exciting. This book inspired me to look at a map of Switzerland to check the locations. I’m looking forward to the future books!

As we worked through this program, my 9 year old son and I felt as though we were really travelling to Switzerland! The story of the five Gray children is a beautifully written living book crammed with adventure. My son will never forget his Switzerland experience and can’t wait for the next adventure!

It is a beeeeautiful, living book – an adventure that follows a family to Switzerland & back as they unravel a mystery after finding a secret clue in an antique cuckoo clock. So well written that you will hardly notice you are learning new & wonderful things: about the French Huguenots, Swiss culture & geography.
